Elizabeth Christiansen MALA CSLA / Principal
Elizabeth has been with David Wagner Associates for the past 15 years, progressing from summer student to lead landscape architect. Elizabeth enjoys challenging spatial puzzles and bringing her landscape solutions to life through well-detailed design and strong project administration. Elizabeth is excited to co-lead the firm’s evolution into DWAsitework with creativity and experience.
Scott Rosin MALA CSLA / Principal
Scott established SiteworkLA in 2020 after being a part of both small and large practices within Winnipeg. He has over 10 years of professional experience with a focus on modern and thoughtful landscape design. As co-lead, Scott will help guide DWAsitework into a new era of forward-thinking and inspiring landscape architecture.
David Wagner MALA FCSLA / Senior Advisor
David founded David Wagner Associates over 40 years ago and has been dedicated to approachable and appropriate design solutions ever since. With a passion for golf course architecture, recreational design, and sensible yet forwarding thinking urban planning, David has been involved in the making of hundreds of landscapes that Winnipeggers and Manitobans know today. David continues these passions with DWAsitework as advisor and consultant.
Laurie Lamb Wagner FCSLA / Senior Advisor
Laurie has been a Partner at David Wagner Associates for over 35 years, blending her creative vision and expert technical skills into unique yet accessible spaces. Her eye for detail has brought hundreds of client visions to life in ways that exceed aesthetic and functional expectations, while staying true to the existing yet evolving landscape. Laurie continues to lend her practiced eye to projects with DWAsitework as advisor and consultant.

Our predecessor firm has been recognized for their high quality of work on five occasions by the Canadian Society of Landscape Architects, and has received numerous awards for accessibility, planning and report submissions, a legacy we are pleased to carry on.
